Turkey day...Cozy Blog...Updates!

NEW~

First, I just wanted to say, I made a new blog! Well... actually no. I just made a blog to put the posts I spam my main blog with, so it's really just a continuation of a tag on my main blog. I post a lot of "cozy", "woodsy", or "holiday" aesthetic type posts on my main blog, and I was starting to do it too much, so I decided to dedicate another blog for when I see posts like that and I want to reblog them, and not spam my friends. Check it out!

ART~

Per the norm, I've got half-done things laying around my computer files...my adoptables and some character stuff I found from a few years back that I want to either redo or at least finish. I have a secret santa drawing I've been working on as well. I also have a story I wrote I want to post. It isn't something I'm writing in chapters or meant to be carried on...I mean if people like it, I could, but I am not planning on it. I wrote it for one of my classes and I thought I should post it. It's about cute deer people and making new friends c: I also drew some concepts of the main characters, but I wanted to wait til after I posted the story then post those. 

SCHOOL~ 

School has been... okay I guess. I'm all registered for the next semester and I've got Illustration, the second half of my Art History class, another Art History based class.. but this one focuses on 2 specific artists and counts for my minor, and the second half of my freaking remedial algebra class. I wanted to have this cool History of Musical Theater class, but of course it was filled tout de suite. Anyway, that's alright.  

Right now I'm on break til Monday, and then I've one full week of classes left and then exams. AFTER THAT finally my winter break. For my finals in my painting and my "college student sucess" classes, I have to finish this painting and then a 5 page analytical essay on the movie Treasure Planet. It's.....tedious. The paper isn't actually so bad, but this freaking painting is driving me insane. I. HATE. OIL PAINT. That is all.

I'm so excited to be back home...but I'm also kinda sad because we can't afford for me to have a single dorm, and right now I do because my roommate moved out and they didn't put me with anyone else. Of course, after the break, it is pretty much guaranteed they are going to put me with someone else...hopefully only one other person.  >_>

Annnnyway...yeah. so that's what's been going on with me, in case you care.
I'm really glad about Christmas though. I really really pray and hope this year it actually FEELS like Christmas again... I'm excited to decorate and Netflix is starting to put on all the cute, cheesy Christmas movies I like!
